The automotive vertical is my passion. My ongoing mission has been the creation of disruptive solutions that utilize the way vehicles are bought, sold, and remarketed. The implementation of lifecycle tools that create efficiency for the consumer, retailer, and wholesale markets are my expertise. I love a challenge that stretches our industries current way of doing business that results in a better engagement.
Currently, I am taking the expertise garnered over the last two decades and applying that knowledge base to The Automotive Partners platform. I’ve held senior roles in several public companies, investment as well as oversight in dealership groups, and the strategist behind several best in class technology solutions for automotive.

Bryan Berman is a partner and Chief Executive Officer at The Automotive Partners. Prior to stepping into the role as CEO, Berman was a strategic partner for the company for nearly a decade. In addition to his leadership position at TAP, Berman is also the President of The Automotive Marketing Group (AMG), a marketing company offering disruptive digital marketing tools for large enterprise auto dealers. Berman has over 18 years as a multi-state franchise car, boat, and ATV dealer and is a serial entrepreneur. He founded the Berman Investments organization in 2008, which provides management, consulting, and capital to businesses looking to expand via merger, acquisition, and organic growth opportunities.
Berman is a graduate of John Brown University and the Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctorate. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur and successful dealer, Berman began his legal career at the prestigious international law firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & Macrae, LLP. He serves on several corporate and organizational Boards and continues to work in the areas of mergers and acquisitions.
Berman has been a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) since 2007. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Tulsa Chapter of YPO since 2013, the YPO Western Regional Board since 2014, and works extensively with the organization internationally. He has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 1999, and a member of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas since 2000.
Jackie Chapman is the Chief Operating Officer of The Automotive Partners. Jackie is responsible for the Company’s multi-division operations, truly targeting her passion for optimizing talent management while executing and operationalizing go-to-market strategies across multiple company verticals. Jackie also specializes in Human Resources Practices and Strategies.
She has over 10 years in automotive, human resources and operations experience. Through her career, she has led company growth through multi-state and international expansion, acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures. With a unique background in scaling both sales, client retention, and human resource teams she has proven success implementing turn-key HR programs and executing all products and processes that touch the client journey.
With extensive change management experience, she is trained in DiSC, Culture Index and The Harrison survey tools. She continues to be an active member of The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds a Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR).
She was on the Executive Team for different companies while achieving awards from Orange County’s “Fastest Growing Private Companies” in 2013 to Orange County’s Top Place to Work Award in 2014 and 2015 and Ultimate Software’s Client Innovation Award for Business Impact in 2018. She also remains involved in the community and has led multiple teams in excursions to build homes in Mexico through Corazon in 2014 and 2015 and is currently actively involved with Saddleback Christian Church where she has led 5th Grade children’s ministry.

Successes include developing teams and multi-platform workgroups while providing key direction for dealership implementation. Currently helping run a single point car dealership selling 11,000 vehicles annually that generates over $400+ million in revenue with over 300+ personnel. Proven ability to grow sales and profitability, turnaround under-performing operations, and introduce new methodologies to lead from a Best In Class position.
